Ordering your portrait is simple and personal.

Start by contacting me through the website form, email (bokity.m@gmail.com), or social media. Tell me about your pet, the mood you love, and the size you’re considering — I’ll guide you if you’re unsure.

Next, send a few clear photos of your pet. Natural light and visible eyes are ideal, but I can work with most images and combine references if needed.

To reserve your place, a 25% deposit is required once details are confirmed. The remaining 75% is paid after you approve the finished painting, and your artwork is shipped immediately after final payment.

Your portrait is hand-painted in acrylics within 2–4 weeks, with optional progress updates. Each piece is professionally packaged and shipped worldwide with tracking number.

Shipping rates:

• Austria: €10 flat rate
  
• European Union (outside Austria): €20 flat rate
  
• International (non-EU): €40 flat rate
  

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

In rare cases of oversized artworks, shipping may be quoted separately.
