Ordering your portrait is simple and personal.

Start by contacting me through the website form, email (bokity.m@gmail.com), or social media. Tell me about your pet, the mood you love, and the size you’re considering — I’ll guide you if you’re unsure.

Next, send a few clear photos of your pet. Natural light and visible eyes are ideal, but I can work with most images and combine references if needed.

To reserve your place, a 25% deposit is required once details are confirmed. The remaining 75% is paid after you approve the finished painting, and your artwork is shipped immediately after final payment.

Your portrait is hand-painted in acrylics within 1–2 weeks, with optional progress updates. Each piece is professionally packaged and shipped worldwide with tracking and insurance.
